Laura Fleischhauer, Founder of Aventara Travel, a boutique travel agency that designs thoughtful, personal, and meaningful travel experiences. She believes that travel is one of the most valuable ways we spend time together, it slows us down, shifts our perspective, and becomes part of the stories families share for years.

Laura began her career in organizational development, but it was her passion for travel and the way it brings people together that inspired her to create Aventara Travel. Her planning approach begins with understanding how clients want their time away to feel. She listens closely, then shapes journeys that unfold with ease and intention — balancing beautiful accommodations, local insight, and the right amount of structure and spontaneity. Her clients value her calm presence, relational style, and ability to translate vague ideas into itineraries that feel just right.

She works with families building shared memories, couples reconnecting, and groups celebrating moments that matter. With nearly a decade of experience and trusted partnerships through Aventara’s Virtuoso affiliation, Laura ensures each trip feels seamless, well-supported, and deeply personal.

Originally from Canada and now living in California with her husband and two children, Laura carries a global sense of home and connection. She believes that the most meaningful luxury is time, and travel is how we honor it.
